Episode Summary

“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near; still loved, still missed and very dear.”

Part 2 - The Day of the Dead - Día de (los) Muertos is a holiday traditionally celebrated on November 1 and 2.

This multi-day holiday involves family and friends gathering to pay respects and remember friends and family members who have died.

Traditions connected with the holiday include honouring the deceased using calaveras and marigold flowers known as cempazúchitl, building home altars called ofrendas with the favourite foods and beverages of the departed, and visiting graves with these items as gifts for their loved ones.
