Episode 216: March 15, 2026
Just be you. I've learned the hard way and in the end, some people are just so full of hate that no matter what you say or do, they'll always have something to say.
Megan Fox
Do you feel that someone is envious of you? This can be a challenge for us as we try to stay positive.
Negativity from a jealous person is often rooted in their own issues. Many people project their internal struggles onto others, especially when they feel threatened or envious. It’s essential to recognize that their behavior is more about them than it is about you. We need to allow ourselves to forgive what happened, let go of what hurt us, and make space for something better.
Setting clear boundaries is essential when dealing with jealous or critical individuals. Also, having a strong support system helps us stay confident in our abilities and reinforces the idea that we are not defined by others’ opinions. By surrounding ourselves with positivity, we can drown out the noise of negativity and focus on what really matters—our personal and professional growth!
Today, I allow myself to forgive what happened, let go of what hurt me, and make space for something better.

“If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.”
― Jack Kornfield
At the beginning of the year, I believe most people are setting resolutions or goals for themselves. As we are working on growing or improving our skills, it’s also important to take a look at our mindset, including some ‘self’ words like:
self-awareness
self-respect
self-compassion
self-esteem
“When you are content to be simply yourself and don't compare or compete, everyone will respect you.” ― Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching
